Jim Snider
Senior Research Fellow, New America Foundation
Jim. H. Snider is a Senior Research Fellow at the New America Foundation, where he focuses on reforming America's spectrum policies. Prior to coming to New America, he spent a year in the United States Senate where he served as an American Political Science Association Congressional Fellow in Communications and Public Policy. Mr. Snider is a graduate of Harvard College and holds graduate degrees in political science from Northwestern University and in business administration from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Snider has had numerous articles published in The Futurist and is the co-author of Future Shop (St. Martins Press, 1992), one of the first books published on e-commerce. At New America, he has authored The Citizen's Guide to the Airwaves and The Cartoon Guide to Federal Spectrum Policy.
