Marc Groman
Counsel, House Committee on Energy and Commerce
Marc Groman is Counsel at the House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee. He is currently on detail to the Committee from the Federal Trade Commission, where he served in the past as Chief Privacy Officer and Counsel to the Director, Bureau of Consumer Protection at Federal Trade Commission. Marc is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Tufts University.
