Richard Engelman
Director, Spectrum Resources for Sprint Nextel
Richard B. "Rick" Engelman is Director, Spectrum Resources, in Sprint Nextel's Legal and Government Affairs office, where he is responsible for developing proposals and technical comments in spectrum and licensing proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), other federal agencies and Congress. Previously, Rick worked at the FCC for 30 years, holding various positions in the International Bureau, Office of Engineering and Technology, Field Operations Bureau, and Broadcast Bureau. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
