Wendy Tazelaar
VP for Compliance, Internet Services Group, Wells Fargo Online
Wendy Tazelaar is vice president with the the Internet Services Group (ISG). In this capacity, she is responsible for compliance over the delivery of products and services through wellsfargo.com. One of Wendy's major accomplishments in this role was leading the efforts to secure wellsfargo.com as the first financial institution to receive Non-visual Certification from the National Federation of the Blind.
Wendy became a Wells Fargo team member in 1989. Prior to joining the Internet group she was an audit manager for Wells Fargo, with oversight of internal examinations for operations, policy and procedure and managed audit teams throughout the Western United States. She has experience in diversity, regulation and compliance.
She is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Wendy and her team work out of San Francisco, where the company is headquartered.
