An expert panel will take a closer look at the Internet in Asia and how cultural, economic and political differences have shaped the Internet and e-commerce experience for individuals and businesses in Asia. The panel will also probe statistics showing that certain parts of Asia exceed the US in some bellwethers commonly associated with Internet prosperity: broadband access, hardware sales, and e-commerce transactions. Leo Giacometto, Executive Director of the US-Asia Network, will moderate.
