As part of 2011 Transatlantic Week in Congress, the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee held the "Roundtable on Privacy and Intellectual Property" facilitated by Congressional Internet Caucus founding co-chair Rick Boucher [bio] and Erika Mann [bio], the founding chair of the European Internet Foundation. This event was hosted by the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee (ICAC) and the European Internet Foundation (EIF). Transatlantic Week in Congress is an initiative of the Transatlantic Policy Network (TPN).
The international Internet policy roundtable featured Members of the European Parliament's European Internet Foundation (EIF), the EU counterpart to the Congressional Internet Caucus. Participants from the European Parliament included:

- Ivailo Kalfin, MEP [bio],
- Catherine Trautmann, MEP [bio], and
- Marietje Schaake, MEP [bio]
